Flubber for one... made in a Zipper bag

Put 3 T. of water into a zipper bag

Add 1 T. of white school glue

Add 2 heaping T. of BORAX (laundry detergent)

Shape into a ball

NOTE: If the mixture is too sticky, roll the ball in a little more BORAX and if there is extra liquid in the baggie just dump it out.

Kool-aid Play dough                  

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup salt

3T cooking oil

1 package unsweetened powdered drink mix like kool-aid (any flavor)

1 cup very hot water

Mix flour, salt, drink mix and oil together in a bowl. Add 1 cup hot water. Mix well. Turn onto cookie sheet and knead until soft dough forms.

NOTE: Store your dough in a air tight container to keep it from drying out.

Finger Paints

1 c Cornstarch

1 pk Unflavoured gelatin

Food colour or poster paint

Water

In a bowl, mix  cup cold water with the cornstarch to make a paste. Soak the gelatin in  cup cold water; set aside. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to boil and add the cornstarch mixture slowly to it. Stir well. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil and clears. Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin. Cool and divide into several jars. Add the food colour and blend.

Goop!

Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1 cup of baking soda, and 1/2 cup water together in a bowl with your hands.

This mixture will get hard, soft, and drip while you play with it.

 

NOTE: If you are worried about the mess pour the mixture out onto a cookies sheet.

The best part it will wash right off with soap and water and it is all natural!

COTTON BALL PUFF DOUGH
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 bag of white, cotton balls
Mix flour and water together to make a paste.
Roll cotton balls in the paste and carefully lift them out.
Excess paste will fall off.
Have  children form the dough into desired shapes on a baking sheet. Bake the shapes for one hour at 325 degrees.

Face Paint:

1 tsp corn starch

1/2 tsp water

1/2 tsp cold cream

2 drops food coloring as desired

Mix together adding as much color you want until you get the desired effect.
